Gestaltung individueller Wege in den Beruf
The anthology contains the findings of a qualitative study examining the professionalism of trained educators at the threshold between school and profession. The research project details the requirements they face: The individual assistance and (educational) support of young people. The explanations highlight specifically the high importance of networking and cooperation between institutions and actors. Action recommendations and reference points for the training and further education of teaching staff is formulated at the end of the article.
